    Chicken Wings

    Kyle’s Chicken Wings

    • 1 bag of frozen chicken wings (Tyson usually has a large bag at BJ’s that we use)
    • 1 cup white sugar
    • 1 cup brown sugar (dark for sweeter)
    • 1 cup soy sauce.

    • Thaw frozen chicken wings for 24 hours.
    • Mix equal parts white sugar, brown sugar and soy sauce until there is enough marinade for the amount of chicken you plan to cook.
    • Marinate thawed chicken wings for 24 hours, flipping the wings over halfway through.
    • Lay out one single layer on pan, and cook at 350 for 1 hour. Turn the chicken wings over 30 minutes in.
    • Serve and enjoy!
